Flowers & Chocolates / Pamper & Beauty Gifts

Most of our products are hand-made and made to order. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for flower arrangements, chocolates that have been opened and/or cosmetic items. Custom 'Build Your Own' products are also not eligible for returns.

Novelty Add Ons & Jewellery

To be eligable for a return:

  1. Product was purchased within the last 14 days
  2. Product is unopened and in its original packaging.
  3. You have the invoice, receipt or order confirmation with proof of purchase from Love, Yours Truly.
  4. Product is NOT a floral arrangement, chocolate & flower arrangement , does not include cosmetics

Please note refunds/exchanges can only be considered if all of the above criteria is met. 

Damages and issues 
Rest assured, we do our very best to make sure each package is in tip top shape before it's sent off. If there are damages to your item or if it is damaged once it get to you/your loved one, please take a photo of the damage and contact us via email at info@loveyourstruly.co.uk including your order number within 24 hours of receiving the item and we'd be happy to replace it within 14 days.
