Wrong Shipping Address Disclaimer

Help us out by making sure all address information including postage and contact numbers are correct because once that train (or in this case gift) leaves the station our hands are tied. We are all on the same team, working towards the same dream: gifting your loved ones' socks off! However we won't be able to help out with any late or absent deliveries if you haven't included the right details.

Other Delivery Information for the UK

Items are made to order, as soon as you hit that checkout button we will begin working our magic to create your item within 48 hours, shipping it shortly after. Please add this to the delivery time to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Orders will only be dispatched on weekdays unless requested otherwise. 

What is your return policy?

We can't accept exchanges or refunds for our products unfortunately. Rest assured, we do our very best to make sure each package is in tip top shape before it's sent off. If your item is damaged once it get to you/your loved one, please take a photo of the damage and contact us via email including your order number within 24 hours of receiving it.

Do your boxes have filling?

We like all of the treats and flowers in our boxes to take centre stage! Our boxes are filled from the top view to showcase all of the flowers your giftee will be swooning over and all of the treats they will be tucking into. The bottom of our boxes includes filler and padding.

Are the flowers long lasting?

We know you'll be too busy snacking once you open up your gift, so we give our flowers a lifetime supply of water so you don't have to. We only like to see our customers happy, wilting roses are anything but joyful so we use artificial roses (gasps/clutches pearls in disbelief) because we know that no one likes seeing roses fade away. Once you are done with all of your goodies we encourage you to use your boxes and hold on to your flowers for as long as you like.

Box sizes

One last tiny favour. Please double, triple, quadruple check the size of the box before you hit that checkout button. You tell us what you want, what you really really want, so we make you what you want what you really really soon as you checkout.

Can I add any chocolates?

If you have a really specific requirement that is not listed please contact us via our “contact us” form.

What happens after I have confirmed my order?

An automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam folder. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, you can not change your order once it has been made. But you can always call our helpful team to see if we can help in any way.
