Who is delivering my item?
All parcel deliveries are handled by Royal Mail - the UK's national delivery service, a complex network that delivers the vast majority of letters and parcel to the entire UK population. As soon as we hand the parcel over to them, it enters the network and they take over getting your parcel delivered to your loved one. We do not manage, influence or drive the delivery for Royal Mail.
